Well... She was definitely delighted by her bday
roses - but the box chocolates and her balloon was missing - so I had to call Lollipops & Roses to let them know what was missing - I believe a Lori had answered the phone and I guess the delivery person had forgotten the balloon and chocolates? Another member of the staff was leaving for home and I believe on her way home, this staff member delivered the remaining items to my daughter.
A little disappointed that that has happened, but am grateful that Lori was able to get everything to my daughter. I appreciated the help!Mahalo,
